Joseph's Merry Christmas

Joseph has had such a happy day I have to share:

• I took him in to peek at the stockings while we were waiting for everyone to come into the living room. As he picked his stocking up a car that was sitting in the top fell out. He said, "I'd better put it back so Santa doesn't get mad."
• He got a package of socks in his stocking and said with all of the enthusiasm of a 3-yr old, "A whole bunch of socks!" He then went around sharing them with everyone.
• After opening a couple of things he said, "Santa is my best friend."
• He opened half of his presents with scissors instead of tearing the paper just because he loves cutting with scissors.
• It took him until noon to open all of his presents because after he opened each thing he was so excited and content he just wanted to play with it.
