We're moving right along with our plans for a new blog and here are the name ideas:

2. My Sisters & Me
3. Cherry Girls
4. Count Me In
5. Smiling Sisters
6. Laughing Sisters

One of the favorite quotes was:

"I'm smiling because you’re my sister;
I'm laughing because there is nothing you can do about it!”

-which would make a great tag line with several of the names.

This is the last call for any other name ideas or feedback. There will soon be a place to vote at the side of this blog. Everyone in the family can vote, but you can only vote once per computer so if anyone wants to vote but can't - let me know!

Housing Drama

At right is a picture of our cute (pending) house. We are under contract, we have squared away our financing, and we are waiting to hear back from our home inspector.

Good news, right?

Yes, but our landlord is giving us 30 days to vacate the premises. Turns out, it's in his "best interest to use the location for a different sue other than a residence." He should have let me proofread this before he had it delivered today. If we can move up our closing date from June 1, this just might work out after all.

HIGHLIGHTS OF ND...

In the last week I've seen 3 mooses ( 1 mom and 2 babies frolicking about), The northern lights (WAY cool!), and the easter bunny (right before we took off its head and he took out my front bumper :(

Guess its not such a bad place (the easter bunny would say different)

Hailey's Pearl

We brought home a memento for Hailey from Vegas. We found it the first day and knew it would be perfect: an oyster guaranteed to have a pearl in it. She got to pry it open and find it inside the flesh. She was fascinated to say the least. Did you know it takes seven years to culture a pearl? Same age as Hailey - that made it extra special.

I've made it BIG in lil' Tioga!
